and served as Moderator through November 2013, after having perviously served two terms as a selectman.  


Mr. Wheelock remains active in many local community activites that support children, youth and families. 


He is a 1980 graduate of the University of New Hampshire and received his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1986.


Prior to starting his present firm in 1997, Mr. Wheelock was a partner in a general practice law firm in Portsmouth, New Hampshire where he concentrated in personal injury, family law, workers' compensation and estate planning. 


Before attending law school Mr. Wheelock was employed for several years as a licensed Massachusetts and New Hampshire Insurance Adjuster, work experience that  gives him a unique ability to move your family  through the life challenges that follow a serious accident and personal injury.

Attorney Wheelock also serves as a chair of the NH Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, having been repeatedly nominated by several governors and appointed to that position by the the New Hampshire  Executive Council since 1997.​
